Are you a strategic business lending leader who thrives on developing high-performing teams and building strong business relationships?<\/p>

Our client is seeking a strategic and relationship-focused leader to serve as their VP \u2013 Commercial Lending Regional Manager for the St. Croix Valley and MN Metro markets.<\/p>

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, coaching, and direction to a team of Commercial Lenders while driving commercial lending growth, portfolio quality, and Member experience. You’ll partner across Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Business Banking, Credit, and Operations to strengthen Member relationships, grow market presence, and deliver exceptional results for our Members and communities.<\/p>

RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>

\u00b7 Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and direction to the Commercial Lending team in the St. Croix Valley and MN Metro markets to achieve Royal’s commercial lending objectives, growth goals, and Member experience standards.<\/p>

\u00b7 Lead regional portfolio quality, credit risk management, and market development efforts while driving business growth and relationship expansion.<\/p>

\u00b7 Execute Royal’s commercial lending strategy by aligning business development, relationship management, portfolio growth, and Member experience objectives.<\/p>

\u00b7 Develop and mentor high-performing lending professionals through coaching, performance management, accountability, and individualized development planning.<\/p>

\u00b7 Vet and evaluate lending opportunities to ensure alignment with Royal’s risk appetite, strategic priorities, and business objectives.<\/p>

\u00b7 Strengthen existing Member relationships and assist in developing new commercial banking relationships throughout the region.<\/p>

\u00b7 Partner with other Commercial Lending Regional Managers, Treasury Management, Business Banking, Credit, Operations, and other business units to deepen Member relationships and deliver comprehensive financial solutions.<\/p>

\u00b7 Drive market growth strategies that expand Royal’s commercial presence, strengthen referral partnerships, and increase market share.<\/p>

\u00b7 Champion process improvement, innovation, and technology adoption that enhance team effectiveness and Member experience.<\/p>

EDUCATION\/EXPERIENCE:<\/p>

\u00b7 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.<\/p>

\u00b7 Seven (7)+ years of commercial or business lending experience.<\/p>

\u00b7 Three (3)+ years of leadership experience.<\/p>

\u00b7 Previous experience leading commercial lending teams.<\/p>

\u00b7 Demonstrated success in business development, relationship management, and market expansion.<\/p>
