SUMMARY:<\/p>

Responsibilities include originating and qualifying loan applicants by interviewing and counseling existing and prospective mortgage clients. Proactively develops business relationships, making calls to existing and new referral partners plus prospective clients.<\/p>

RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>

\u00b7 Adhere to bank policies and procedures<\/p>

\u00b7 Represent the Bank ethically and professionally at all times<\/p>

\u00b7 Give back to the community through volunteering<\/p>

\u00b7 Proactively solicit new relationships and expand current at social and civic events<\/p>

\u00b7 Travel locally to meet partners and prospects where they prefer to do business<\/p>

\u00b7 Stay informed on market, industry, program and guideline changes<\/p>

\u00b7 Collaborate effectively with realtors, builders and other industry trade professionals<\/p>

\u00b7 Manage deadlines and reply to requests promptly<\/p>

\u00b7 Consult with prospective borrowers and educate them on financing options<\/p>

\u00b7 Obtain thorough loan applications with proper supporting documentation<\/p>

\u00b7 Initially analyze financials to help determine credit worthiness<\/p>

\u00b7 Identify need for additional bank products and services then refer appropriately<\/p>

\u00b7 Work cohesively with processing and underwriting to meet closing needs<\/p>

\u00b7 Maintain constant contact with clients until closing and beyond as needed<\/p>

\u00b7 Foster referral relationships with employees in other bank business lines<\/p>

\u00b7 Monitor past dues and assist with collections if required<\/p>

\u00b7 Meet established growth and sales goals<\/p>
