SUMMARY:<\/p>

Our client is building a modern, resilient, and secure technology environment to support the future of banking. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, operating, and evolving the network platforms that provide the backbone for our branches, data centers, and customer experiences. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in owning complex systems and is driven to improve reliability, performance, and security at scale.<\/p>

RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>

\u00b7 Owning the design, engineering, lifecycle management and support of enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity<\/p>

\u00b7 Leading the implementation and optimization of voice, video, and collaboration platforms across the organization<\/p>

\u00b7 Driving network modernization initiatives, including cloud connectivity, zero trust architecture, and automation<\/p>

\u00b7 Monitoring and troubleshoot network performance using telemetry, logs, and analytics tools to proactively prevent outages and improve stability<\/p>

\u00b7 Partnering with security teams to strengthen network defenses, investigate anomalies, and implement controls to reduce risk<\/p>

\u00b7 Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to deliver projects on time, aligned with architecture standards<\/p>

\u00b7 Maintaining accurate documentation of network designs, configurations, operational procedures and controls<\/p>

\u00b7 Serving as an escalation point for complex issues and mentoring junior team members<\/p>

\u00b7 Participating in on call support rotation and providing leadership during critical incidents<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

EDUCATION \/ EXPERIENCE:<\/p>

Required skills for the position include:<\/p>

\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology or business-related field (may be waived in lieu of experience)<\/p>

\u00b7 5+ years of enterprise networking experience with knowledge of routing, switching, and network design principles<\/p>

\u00b7 2+ years of experience supporting voice and collaboration platforms such as Cisco UC, Microsoft Teams or similar technologies<\/p>

\u00b7 Experience with cloud or hybrid network environments<\/p>

\u00b7 Ability to analyze packet level traffic, and troubleshoot complex performance or security issues<\/p>

\u00b7 Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver results across cross functional teams<\/p>

\u00b7 Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes<\/p>

\u00b7 Customer focused mindset with a commitment to service quality and continuous improvement<\/p>

Preferred skills for this position include:<\/p>

\u00b7 Current Cisco CCNA\/CCNP or equivalent certifications<\/p>

\u00b7 Experience with managing Juniper switches<\/p>

\u00b7 Familiarity with managing video management<\/p>
