Position Summary

SUMMARY:

In this newly created role, you’ll lead a high-performing team focused on expanding treasury services, deepening business member relationships, and driving deposit growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping sales strategy, supporting complex client solutions, and partnering across teams to deliver innovative cash management and treasury offerings that help businesses succeed.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The VP – Treasury Manager is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day management for the Credit Union’s Treasury Management function. This role is accountable for team leadership, treasury sales execution, business deposit growth support, onboarding and implementation effectiveness, portfolio management discipline, product alignment, and cross-functional coordination. The position ensures Treasury Management supports the Core Purpose and Values while helping grow and retain business relationships through effective cash management, fraud mitigation, and deposit solutions.

Education & Experience

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

· Five (5) years treasury management, cash management, business banking, commercial banking, or related financial services experience

· Prior team leadership, supervision, or management experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field

· Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
