Position Summary

SUMMARY:

Maintains loan operations systems, builds relationships, ensures customer satisfaction, and timely management of the tickler system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manages the tickler system and document prep system-Laser Pro and Credit Quest.

· Run and understand the Loan Operations systems.

· Communicate with the attorney on documents and legal issues.

· Liaison to the outside/outsourced IT provider and systems providers-Finastra and FIS.

· Trouble Shooting as needed.

· Oversee and act as Team Lead to a staff of three who are booking loans, processing payments and generating loan documents.

· System oversight and management.

· Streamline processes and oversee production.

Education & Experience

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum 5+ years’ loan operations experience in commercial loans

· Must have experience with loan operations processes and loan documentation.

· Must demonstrate excellent systems experience and problem-solving skills with above-average computer skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).

· Prefer experience with FIS, Laser Pro and Finastra-Credit Quest

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required with the ability to effectively navigate sensitive communication with individuals at multiple levels across the organization.

· Effective relationship-building skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; must function as a team player and have the ability to lead projects.

SCOPE:

This position is a Key Member of the Loan Operations Team and supports the Commercial Lenders, Management team and President.
