Position Summary

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the Wealth Management activities at the Bank. This includes origination and
relationship management of a sound and growing trust and investment department. This high contact
position requires the ability to initiate and develop prospective and current customer relationships
through a proactive and professional sales approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Relationship Selling

a) Solicit and develop new business by contacting prospects and current customers outside the
Bank.
b) Collect financial data to determine the best investment for the customer.
2) Wealth Management Services

a) Maintain professional and consistent communication with customers, prospects and associates
in written, telephone, and in-person contacts.
b) Conduct periodic reviews with the customers regarding the account’s performance.
c) Advise and/or make suggestions on investment options when appropriate.

3) Additional Responsibilities
a) Maintain and promote a superior level of professional customer service and employee relations
at all times.
b) Meet or exceed all individual sales goals, while assisting, as a team member, the Bank to meet
profitability goals.
c) Participate in community affairs, professional organizations and projects to increase the Bank’s
visibility in the community and directly benefit the Bank.
d) May be required to manage staff.
e).Undertake special projects and/or assignments as needed.

4)Comply with the bank’s Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) rules and regulations.

5) Comply with the bank’s Trust & Investment Services Policy.

Education & Experience

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in related business field, minimum 5 years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience. Series 7, Series 63 & Insurance License preferred.
