Position Summary
The candidate for this position will manage the daily business aspects required by the Executive Lending Team, including managing various administrative tasks, maintaining and creating efficiencies, conducting training, and building real relationships. This position represents the Director of Commercial Banking, Director of Commercial Real Estate Lending and CCO’s interests and acts on their behalf with company executives, team members, customers, and appropriate stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Overseeing special projects at the request of the respective offices.
Planning presentations.
Disseminating information.
Making recommendations for action or implementation.
Managing Calendars
Assisting with Board of Directors Meeting preparation
Assisting with Budgets and Reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
Five years of Executive Assistant experience.
Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
High attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs required.
Maintenance of confidentiality at all times.
A working knowledge of credit administration and commercial credit file management in order to organize commercial loan document packages that will be sent to internal underwriting.
Ability to adhere to regulatory compliance and loan policy requirements.
