Position Summary
Our experienced private banking team keeps clients informed and ahead of the game while building trust with every transaction. They cover details, provide timely communications and deliver a hassle-free experience with no surprises. We seek to deliver a level of service unsurpassed by any bank, anywhere, any size.
Responsibilities
Creating full-service banking relationships with affluent banking customers
Identifying new deposit and loan opportunities with customers and prospects
Engaging in client retention practices
Demonstrating strong knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
Providing outstanding customer service
Referring products that provide a better banking experience for our customers
Preparing customer correspondence and financial/wealth planning materials
Establishing relationships while understanding customers’ needs by asking appropriate questions and recommending solutions to strengthen customers’ financial well-being.
Referring customers to our Commercial, Mortgage, and Treasury teams
Fostering teamwork across all areas of the Bank
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum three to five years’ private banking experience; Mortgage or Commercial Banking background potential as well
Demonstrated ability to deliver customer service and be a team player with the ability to comfortably move into different roles throughout the work day
