Position Summary

Provide Commercial, Commercial Real Estate and Ag Loans in compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures. Review the delinquent loan report, contacting those delinquent account holders through telephone calls, letters, and personal visits. Maintain knowledge of lending rules and regulations. Serve on the Officers Loan Committee.

Responsibilities

  1. Business Development – Making Sales Calls on Current Clients as well as prospects.
  2. Track and report sales activities at bi-weekly sales meetings.
  3. Lending –Commercial, CRE & Ag Loans
  4. Serve on the Commercial Loan Committee.
  5. Handle collections
  6. Be actively involved in the Community
  7. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
  8. Take over and manage a $35mm portfolio
  9. Help mentor a Junior Commercial Lender

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years Commercial Lending experience with Ag Lending a plus
  2. Knowledge of Bank policies and procedures for Lending
  3. Prefer a bachelor’s degree
  4. Possess business development and credit skills
